We are selling our two bedroom Cyprus house and are looking for a rural property either in Cyprus or the UK. Because it seems people cannot get or afford mortgages at the moment we suggest a house swap! If you are selling your rural property maybe you would consider just doing a house swap with us instead! We live in a quiet cul-de-sac just 5 minutes walk to the sea and shops. We are in Limassol, less than an hours drive from Larnaca, Pafos or Nicosia. The house comes with a communal swimming pool and front, back and side garden plus driveway with car port. House 100 sqm and garden 100sqm. House is in excellent condition and is 10 years old.
