Unless there is a settlement, there will be more carnage. Why would I not want to live in peace in 'MY HOME'. Isnt that everybodies dream Halil?

The above article (in Turkish) talks about a gathering of Greek and Turkish speaking villagers of Asproyis/Paphos, who wish to return to their own homes in the event of a settlement. The get together happened at celebrations (perhaps a traditional Panayir/ Panegyri). The TC villagers expressed their wishes to return to their lands and homes and live together with their Greek Cypriot neighbors. Good for them, I say.
So not all TCs want partition. There is still hope then.

Before these thoughtful TCs leave the north ... can they do something about removing the Turkish troops they were so keen to have all these years. Only so that perhaps some of the GCs can get back to their rightful homes instead of leaving the whole place for Turkish Settlers to sing and dance in.
