1) He said it can also be used as an office. The ad clearly states that it is a 2 bedroom apartment.
2) Stratigou Timagia is one of the main streets in Larnaca. If you do not know it then you should probably do some research. Also he said that it is near Debenhams so yes everyone should know where that is.
3)Yes the shower comes in a suite. Stupid question will receive a stupid answer.
4) It has a garage and the apartment is fully air conditioned. You are not the sharpest knife in the kitchen are you now?

And yes, if I was looking for an apartment I would have no problem renting from the guy. He clearly identified himself as Andy. Any more questions or are my answers satisfactory. I really hate it when people try to play smart. Emphasis on the play.
