I hate this island

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I hate all the racist people in this island and also damn the Turkey's long going policies over Cyprus. Let people be free in their own land!

On the other hand, I believe many GC's negative attitude towards unification will put an end to the negotiations and both sides will inevitably lose...

As far as I see you two nations are incapable of reaching a solution, otherwise things wouldn't have developed like this for decades. Turkey will directly or indirectly (as is today) claim it's authority over the North after negotiations which, I believe, will fail once more again.

Why the hell do you think there are Turkish flags (next to TRNC flags) all over the north? Does this land belong to Turkey or TC's or Cypriots? I hope you all realise the seriousness of the ongoing situation and take the right steps through negotiations(that is most possibly your last chance).

After all I don't care what happens here, it's your island with full of idiots (however, I really do hope you prove the opposite in close future). I am also fed up with the Turkish citizen label on me after experiencing severe difficulties regarding it...

Goodbye friends; no matter from what race or blood you are...

Aşk olsun! :D

It's a very easy switch from Aşık olsun to Aşk olsun.
Maşşallah re Kurupetos, your Kıbrıslıca is developing nicely.

Thanks for approving my observations and experiences on GCs ;)
I love TCs (they are definitely not like GCs in terms of racism and conservatism) and hope they claim their recognition soon after failing negotiations...However they really must work hard to defeat us; namely Turkish citizens.
Afterwards GCs are free to live with and comment on the past since they won't have a tiny say in the North...

Btw we are working on a very huge global project over tourism and guess what: The operation centre is in TRNC!! Hope we succeed. Nobody has managed to put this kind of a project into practise until now. This is now the only thing still holds me here ;)

Re : The name came from Guinea in West Africa, where much of the gold used to make the coins originated. Although no longer circulated, the term guinea survives in some circles, notably horse racing, and in the sale of rams, to mean an amount of one pound and one shilling (one pound and five pence in decimalised currency, equivalent to 21 shillings). It also formed the basis for the Arabic term for the Egyptian pound (gineh, جنيه).

I told them to change the menu in honor of Abdulmecid I

Re : popular tale says that in 1845, the onset of the Great Irish Famine resulted in over 1,000,000 deaths. Ottoman Sultan Abdülmecid declared his intention to send 10,000 sterling to Irish farmers but Queen Victoria requested that the Sultan send only 1,000 sterling, because she had sent only 2,000 sterling. The Sultan sent the 1,000 sterling but also secretly sent 3 ships full of food. The English courts tried to block the ships, but the food arrived at Drogheda harbor and was left there by Ottoman Sailors.

As far as I know any foreign nationals in Cyprus, such as the Turks, should respect the sovereignty and laws of our nation if they want to live in our nation. Otherwise they should go back to their nation.

We are a little bit off the subject here but since the Irish famine and Queen Victoria are mentioned, I do wonder if people are aware of the fact that (subsequent to becoming Patron to) H.M. was greatly criticised for donating MORE to the 'Battersea Dog's Home' than she forwarded for the relief of those Irish folk suffering from starvation.

The harsh treatment of the Irish population (by the British) in those dreadful days, is well documented and vividly illustrates just how little regard they have for those they seek to subjugate, small wonder that they objected to the actions of those who sympathetically viewed the awful predicament of the Irish and sought to assist them.

The wheels of British Justice turn strongly against the oppressed, they are not so effective when the target of their oppression fights back, as is evidenced (past and present) in many areas of the world, currently Afghanistan.
