So what? Don't tell me the Tcs are not accustomed with long words in their own language.
I haven’t heard anyone addressing the President as T-Pap except the TCs. There is a hidden insinuation of disrespect in that either you admit it or not.The least you could do is call him Tassos P or TPs. Not T-shirt....

Yes, we're used to long words in Turkish, but not in Greek! Papadopoulos is pretty long! I always have to think twice if I spelled it correctly whereas Pap or T-Pap is much easier.

I agree that we don't respect T-Pap too much, just like you don't respect Denktash too much. We really need to get rid of these old politicians...he's (T-Pap) been in politics for 40 years now, is he that good that nobody in the GC society can replace him? [/quote]
