"Flights ban review plea dismissed"

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby miltiades » Tue Jul 28, 2009 5:30 pm

What I found whilst being able to post on cyprus44 , in all a couple of hours a week ago and about an hour yesterday , before being banned , is that the ex pats are full of hatred for the RoC and more so for G/Cs in general .
With perhaps one or two exemptions most are consumed by an intense hate of the RoC. Its easy to see why following the Orams case and the risks that they themselves run of being sued by the G/Cs on whose land most of them have their houses build.
These vagabonds can not see any reason as to why on earth the original owner of the land should object !!!
A bunch of bloody losers , cheapskates . arse lickers who would stop at nothing to protect their stolen loot !
They , as far as I'm concerned , are parasites who are openly encouraging the T/Cs to reject a solution , one Plonker by the name of Richard suggested that all crossings should be closed forthwith .

"It added the government had misunderstood the Chicago Convention and there was also no justification under international law for banning direct flights."

No bozo... the world understands it perfectly well except for a bunch of Turkish Cypriot spineless midgets hiding behind the Turkish military.

NO, it means you can't get any charter flights with holiday package tours from any country, which is a large chunk of change in tourism to any destination. In any case, it's good to see you taking this ruling like a man.!

VP, next time somebody is coming over in the summer, tell them to tell the agent to book them on the flight that has no passengers flying to Antalya or Izmir or should I say Smirni. The will be very pleased.

I did a search for Justice Wyn Williams on Groogle to get to the bottom of this 'unjust, unlawful' judgement upholding the British government's decision not to review the ban on direct flights.

According to:

www.turkeyisneverwrong.com

the judge's real name is Ghlioris Lambrou. His father is from Acheritou and his mum is half Armenian. The Chicago Convention was established by that mafioso gangster Al Capone and the 'TRNC' is appealing (although for some reason the rest of the world doesn't agree).

As I have said mant times small price to pay but this does not mean we will stop challenging unfair and discriminative rulings.
