From: The Republic of Cyprus Press and Information Office Server at <http://www.pio.gov.cy/>
The Press and Information Office (PIO) is a department of the Ministry of the Interior, which has been assigned the responsibility of interpreting and implementing government policy on matters of publicity and mass communications.
It is further entrusted with the task of promoting and publicising the work of the government. PIO is the central agency for briefing world public opinion on the Cyprus problem, implementing decisions in this regard taken by the Ministerial Committee and the Advisory Committee on Enlightenment.
It is also the central publishing agency for the government: it issues annually a large number of publications and produces documentaries and multimedia CDs on Cyprus.
In addition, it is responsible for the application of the press and cinema laws, the official certification of translations and the implementation of the decisions taken by the Advisory Committee on Enlightenment concerning audio-visual productions, submissions of texts in foreign publications, enlightenment publications, book purchases, and visits by foreign journalists and academics.
PIO officers represent Cyprus at various committees of the Council of Europe on mass media and at international audio-visual bodies such as the Eurimages Fund and the European Audio-Visual Observatory.
Lastly, it offers a constant flow of information to the public (in Greek and English) through its website (http://www.moi.gov.cy/pio) which is updated on a daily basis.

You fully know its from the PIO website. I slapped you with the link several times already. Hri.org simply reproduces articles from other sites.
See here, when you click on the hri link:

Ohh wait! I know what you and GR were thinking...you clicked on the link and saw a Greek and an American flag and were like damn, how reliable can that shit be, right, you Greek hater? You were like Hellenic resource what? What is this Spartan, 300 website talking about? Give me some good old fashion middle eastern news that's reliable like Adaraweehee and Banadiritooni. Antiwari-Jamjuhuuriya for the Cherikidian. But if you idiots looked closely at HRI web site, you would have seen this:From: The Republic of Cyprus Press and Information Office Server at <http://www.pio.gov.cy/>
And look! It gave you a link to the reputable PIO web site.
