Settlers in the new state: They will all become citizens

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

what the turks and the tc's want is to come up with some shitty plan that the gc's again cannot accept.

No. This strategy is flawed. There can be no shitty plan. A plan will not be agreed between the two leaders until it is acceptable.

If it isn't acceptable the talks will continue... on and on and on... like Turkey's intervention to restore the territorial integrity of Cyprus, has gone on and on and on.

Do you ever wonder why Turkish and Greek are so similar? It's pronounced almost the same in Turkish.

On the other hand, if GCs and TCs cannot reach a common ground asap they all will lose; perhaps by the end of next year...

I don't think anything should be offered that will be rejected... that's why the talks will continue, on and on and on...

But what's to stop the talks going on and on and on...? What's to stop Turkey's intervention from going on and on and on?

Turkey is here to stay the only way you can get rid of her is to agree bring to end talks and agree a solution otherwise if all you do is talk Turkey will be around for longer than you thinkmaybe forever, these talks will end by the end of this year.
