Well , I for one feel enormously happy in the knowledge that our nation , not all but the free part , is free from the constraints that it would today be facing as part of a corrupt to the bone incompetent nation such as Greece !!!

Relinquish Hellenism and we shall be one for we are as Turk as you are as Greek.

hellenism and greek have entirely 2 different meanings, but i wouldn't expect someone who probably has a limited intellect to comprehend...

it's like saying anglo saxons do not exist anywhere else but the UK...

Im going out on a limb in saying that ultimately the problem in Cyprus began not because of ethnicity but because of the cold war....thats it. no one on this forum can prove me wrong...

As an outsider I get the impression that some Greek Cypriots seem to be ashamed of being Cypriot but yearn to be Greek instead.

If I am correct I hope they are in the minority and that the majority are proud to be Cypriot.

It is interesting that this thread is located in the 'Cyprus Problem' section presumably because this is the root cause of Cyprus' sufferings for nigh on 47 years.

I did wonder whether I was on the right track. I didn't know whether I was but your response infers that I am.

Turk? Wrong

Carpetbagger? Wrong

One wonders, if you have to jump to baseless conclusions, whether you have ever got anything correct.

I pity Miltiades, a man who rightly loves his country, having to contend with the likes of you and your dinosaurial attitutes.
