Speaking of mentality, how long has Cyprus Airways been relegating Cypriots and Greeks to the back of the plane? Should I start a new thread?

Check-in on-line and choose your own seat.The back of the plane is probably full of Cypriots and Greeks because they don't do this and then turn up late at the airport!

Does that mean that all the Brits in the front of the plane checked in on-line and got there early?

More than likely.

I must present your theory to my sister. She was the one who made the observation on a recent trip to CY. The kicker was that she, with a French surname (married) and an American passport was relegated to the back of the plane too. For her, the CA flight was a connecting one at Heathrow from Boston.

i hope this is it! it's my third in just over a year's time. thankfully, nothing is as major as lung surgery, and once was enough for me.

typical NY summer. hot, humid. i hate it. the only part i like is the summer thunder storms. I got to see my first rainbow of the season the other day. i felt sorry for the rest of the people, that were inside their houses, probaly posting on some forum.

Yeah, not too bad thanks. Caught Clapton/Winwood last month and Justin Adams/Juldeh Camarra last week. No more shows lined up for now.

Hope the surgery goes well and you rest up nicely.
