I'll stick to the current flag, Frog-I...

As I've called them the Falklands, I've tipped my hand a little.
No surprises there, then!
Are there any uncontested associations to which you lean?

Well, you know Brits are by and large very patriotic, as much if not more than most Cypriots, and I have to say I fall into that category. I suppose the Falklands fall into the same situation as Gibraltar as the citizens of both colonies have been asked in a referendum about their wishes and both have resoundingly wanted to stay British.
Argentina has been offered a 50% share in the oil which we expect to find there and initially they agreed to this. However, with elections soon, the Argie gov has decided to cancel the agreement and tough it out.
They thought it would work last time and they paid dearly for it.
With a son in Afghanistan, I don't want to see yet another place where servicemen, of any nationality, pay for politicians arrogance with their lives.

Your son's in Afghanistan and you're in the occupied areas....is there a family fetish with invasions and occupations?

He is a para, as a matter of fact. He tells me the Taliban don't like the taste of cold steel.
