The recession and now this can it get any worse :-(

They are just people after all  .. what is the problem? Fireplace has already told you they have been " no problem" ... so perhaps it's your attitude.

Try some Feng shui to brighten your home, and some 'positive thinking power' to improve your outlook ... and everything will come up roses!

Trust me 8) ... all these perceived bad phases will pass :D

I dont have a problem with them oracle, if they have been my neighbours for the last year then they must be ok because i didnt notice any difference while i was visiting cyprus in june.
I was told this and the person who told me said i would never sell the apartment due to this problem. obviously im not happy with the situation because its up for sale.

That wasn't the Estate Agent was it? Because maybe someone is just trying to get you to reduce the price in their favour! :?

someone who was going to buy it.

Hi On a more serious note just reading the comments about chara cypria, I too have a property nearby I am not trying to sell but have been trying to let it out long term, I am wondering if ths will affect peoples view, I know the particular area that is being discussed because we have to walk through there into the centre, I personally do not have any problems with them and I dont think they are troublemakers, but I get where people are coming from. :
