With a budget of 70.000 euros for a 2 bed property you will still be looking for a long time I am afraid.

Possibly a lot of hard up developers would like to do you a deal for that money. Beware of the selling to same house to more than one person trick.

Also beware of dishonest developers and crooked lawyers. Believe nobody until you have found and engaged an honest English speaking lawyer.

If you work on the assumption that nobody is telling you the truth and you can find a resale property within your budget, with title deeds then I wish you very good luck.
