You wanna bet?

The phone lines keep going down, I very often am unable to call Spidernet from my Cablenet phones (this could be a deliberate policy!), after 3 months I still have no idea how much the company owes them even after numerous calls (they even cut us off once when we were still asking them for details of our account!).

I also got an email from them saying they were going to upgrade all 2Mb lines to 5 Mb as of the 1st July, when I called them around the 5th July they told me to reboot my modem, which I did, when it came back up as 2 Mb I called them again and was told it didn't apply to business customers!!!! So WTF did the send me an email about it!!!

Couldn't organise a brew up in Pissouri!

Why shouldn't I use my router? Why I should use the one of bad quality impose by the ISP?

In UK, Spain, Italy, France and other country nobody force you to use that router and you can set up your in 1 minute.

But I cannot do with Cyta because there is some block because as is written in some forum they do not want give this freedom damaging the end user.

please remain in topic

the cytanet and primetel quality of adsl is good

I just need to know if somebody of you was able to attach the router/adsl, your own and not the one of Cyta/Primetel, successfully or nobody is able to understand how to connect it because there is some block of cyta/primetel.

If somebody is able to do it and found the way could help me, at payment, to connect my router?

as I said, in all EU countries I connected my router in 5 minutes, now I cannot and reading on the web I understood that is a policy of cyta/primetel but again I ask if somebody was able to bypass their modem/router and eliminate it definetively.

thank you to who will answer helping
