I will wait and see before pronouncing , so far after 6 posts , ( not called anyone a plonker yet ) it seems I'm tolerated !!

"Andre , I made my comments concerning Richard based purely on his reply in which reply he casually told me to piss off.

I make no secret of the fact that I consider all those Brits who bought property in the occupied part of Cyprus , the so called "trnc" , unrecognised by any nation on earth apart from the occupying power , as rather frivolous and rather naive to say the least.

Having lived in the UK for 48 years , having lived with an English wife since 1963 I think I'm well qualified to comment on the driving force behind those purchasing property in a part of Cyprus that is under foreign occupation , to spell it out mate , a bit on the cheap and who gives a monkeys who the legal owner of the property is.

However with the recent ECJ things have changed somewhat !

I hope that admin does not see fit to have me banned , my views are well respected by many T/Cs whom I consider as my compatriots. Many G/Cs , contrary to popular mythology , do share my views.

I would say one thing to Oracle . Miltiades is solid , what he has been saying on the CY forum for more than 3 years now he is repeating on Cy44.

Why don't you devote 100% of your time to C44F ... that is clearly your calling. Fawning to Brits and Turks!

MY FIRTS POST ON CYPRUS44 :

40 thousand Turkish occupying troops 35 years after the invasion , more than 10 thousand dead with over 200 thousand Cypriots displaced , and yet the reference of "Peace and freedom " is used.

Is any one aware that the term Turkish Cypriot has now been banned and substituted with Turks of Cyprus.

Turkey , along with Greece are heavily responsible for the predicament of my people , the G/Cs , T/Cs Armenians and others. Turkey must decide if she is indeed serious about joining Europe and her determination to "annihilate " the indigenous to Cyprus Turkish Cypriots and continued occupation of the northern part of Cyprus is not very conducive to say the least. The entire world , along with a large number of the almost extinct T/Cs , considers the northern part of Cyprus as under the occupation of Turkey. Not my words but those of the UN , the USA , EU and all other international organizations.

We need a solution recognizing that this island is the home of all Cypriots , all equal .

very well put and said.. it does say in the rules no posts about the legallity of trnc and some other crap i forget but the english whjo are liket hat need their eyes opened
