Does anyone know if there are family tree search organisations in Cyprus? I know you can get Internet type searches in other countries, but does such a thing exist on the island?

On the subject of 'Trees', it was not until quite recently that I discovered the fact that they have a front and a back to them.

I was talking to a Tree Surgeon in St James' Park (when I was last in London) and he actually showed me how to identify the difference.

So simple really, all you have to do is search for one that somebody has had a shit behind !.

Don't think such a thing exists on the net. Can only suggest a personal search of the Church records in Lefkara or if you are lucky someone may have produced a book of village history ( I know these have been written for some villages).
