Seems to be used in all contexts nowadays. I always thought it referred to the young wearing Burberry in Essex.
Now the tag seems to encompass all who don wealth, ie: nice cars, large houses and designer clothing.
Maybe this is a British thing, wearing one's jealousy on one's sleeve ? and calling and tagging those who have apparently done well for themselves.

You have to have all the above and come from Essex to qualify though Purdey :wink:

I am here not there. I might be there next week but I might be somewhere else. If I am not there soon I could go elsewear.
However, If I go elsewhere it will be winter there, so I will need my Burberry mac.
