This is a chav,
http://tinyurl.com/339b96, and his name is DEVVO, I use to be a chav, then I went private school and finished university, now I am not longer a chav but an upstanding member of the european community.
We were not called chavs though, they called us townies. Women were called kapper slappers,
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.p ... pa+slapper. lol.. sounds funny.
The term chav can be seen here,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chav , and it's definition is:
"Chav is a derogatory term applied to certain young people in the United Kingdom. The stereotypical "chav" is an aggressive teenager or young adult, who is usually, though not always, of working class background,[1] who often engages in anti-social behaviour,[1] and is often assumed to be unemployed or in a low paid job. It first appeared in English dictionaries in 2005.[2][3] The term Charver is more widely used in Yorkshire and North East England."
I see chavs daily, there not bad, as long as you do not cause them harm, or try to be clever with them. Why I spoke to a chav today, he was alright. I speak to them daily here. You must understand that this is how things are here.
