This is a chav, http://tinyurl.com/339b96, and his name is DEVVO, I use to be a chav, then I went private school and finished university, now I am not longer a chav but an upstanding member of the european community.
We were not called chavs though, they called us townies. Women were called kapper slappers, http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.p ... pa+slapper. lol.. sounds funny.

I see chavs daily, there not bad, as long as you do not cause them harm, or try to be clever with them. Why I spoke to a chav today, he was alright. I speak to them daily here. You must understand that this is how things are here.
