Furniture Ect

Good Afternoon
Please play nice as this post will break my forum virginity! I'm hoping to pick up a lot of information from this forum and hope to contribute myself as time goes on. However, at the moment i am looking for some assistance.

Firstly, we have an apartment to furnish in Pervolia and am trying to find out whether Ikea offer an online ordering service - Or do they have the facility to reserve goods ?

If not can you advise the average delivery time from placing an order in store to Pervolia ? I am heading across for a week and wondered if i visited the store on the Monday would i get delivery by the time i left?

Secondly, i will be looking for air-con? Has anyone got any contacts in the Pervolia area and how much would i be expected to pay for a 1bed apartment?

I would be looking to rent the unit out and wondered whether there were any decent management companies out there that offered a value for money service.

Finally, any other hints, tips or websites on purchasing and renting in Cyprus would be appreciated.

Many Thanks
Lee

Pervolia isn't far from Larnaca, so a company from Larnaca should be able to help you.

Aircon - Heard good things about "Electrotec" in Larnaca - 99 215 059

Rental management - another company that have a good reputation is Capital Growth (again in Larnaca). Not sure of their telephone number though.

For furniture, there is a company in Larnaka town centre called Pavlinbeis. Not sure of their telephone number, but bought some of my furniture from there at reasonable prices.

Good luck.

Bought a cabinet from there that wouldn't fit into my car so got them to deliver. They bought it to me the following day which was a touch.

A friend of mine in Limassol bought something on the Friday and they delivered on the Tuesday.
