I believe this is good progress. As is the reported study by a group set up by Talats admin to look at the same issue and find ways forward. Both the person refered to in your post and this group and its creation would seem to have the support and encouragment of Talat. This to me is a clear indication of Talat's differences to Denktash and his comitment to finding ways to move forward to a solution, regardless and seperate from the position of the GC admin. Can we all then congratulate Mr Talat for this?
