Having had the dubious pleasure of reading Mein Kampf, I think we can safely say that Hitler was not a genius. His ideas expressed in that book are so simple that a GCSE student could have devised them. It's an irrational rant from cover to cover.

Rather, Hitler's 'genius' was that he was an exceptional orator and exuded great charisma that made people flock to him and become entangled in the majesty that surrounded this otherwise peculiar little man. He was also a good judge of how to best play on peoples fears in order to manipulate them.

What he certainly was not was a military genius. His involvement in the Russian campaign condemned millions of German soldiers to death, he refused to sanction tactical withdrawals and took no interest in casualties whatsoever. His decision to divert the war effort south towards the oil-rich Caucasus meant that the Moscow campaign was always doomed to failure, whereas had he captured the Russian capital, it is possible that the Soviets would have been a broken force, just as other nations crumbled at the sight of their capital under occupation.

Monster, arch-manipulator yes. Genius? Certainly not.

Back to the subject.....................I lived in the UK from 1 1/2 yrs old and moved to Cyprus when I was 19 yrs old. In the mean time I also visited a hand full of countries and I can honestly say that Cyprus is fantastic for raising kids and that England is a dump!
Some one said that England is good for the odd holiday, I agree, some shopping, a nice show in the West end and some tourist attractions for the kids, BUT THATS IT!!!

I also agree that Cyprus also has its good and bad, but for my life style most of it is good and thats whats important to me.

Other politicians have followed similar ideas, including the 3 Bs, Berlusconi, Blair and Bush, which is how these three criminals (war crimes and crimes against humanity) managed to start the Iraqi war which has caused the death of more Iraqis in 2½ years than SH ever did in a comparable length of time. However, I suppose the three Bs have the same stroke of genius as did Adolf.

its very ironic though......he managed to resurect germany from economic destruction and unemployment but at the same time he had signed the death penalty of his own country......
europe right now is financially going down again,i hope that another hitler will not appear from any country as the saviour again.....people of europe dont have the strenght anymore for such disasterous and deadly "adventures"....
