Hi!
My name is David, I am from Hungary. I live in Nicosia / Acropolis in a 3 bedroom flat. I have 2 flatmate, but one of them will leave from august. If You interesting in the room, send me a message!
About the details: the flat is in the 5th floor (house with elevator), 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets (one with bathroom), large living room, full furnitured (beds, wash machine, 2 fridge, TV, 2 sofa), nice view from balkony. The price is for the big room is 300 Euro / month (included all expenses, bills, internet).
We live close to bakery, shops, fruit shop, the city center is 20 minutes by foot.

Well, the bills included to the rent.. Of course, if somebody do something idiot (forgotten air conditioner, open water, etc.), he/she have to pay!
