Where and why would you holiday?

West Coast (Paphos area) - if you want to mingle with the OAP's and talk about World War I

ncie id love to see some pics also.. when i was 6 even going to leukwsia down town was a holiday lol.. i am maybe 10 to 15 mins from down town with the car.. i would pay 50 cents to go and come with the bus

Naturally being young at heart I voted for Napa.

Shallow seas, sandy beaches and loads of entertainment for our teenagers.

Does get very crowded in season, so we spend a lot of time on the quieter beaches around Larnaca Bay, usually up near the COT bit for the conveniences often ending with driving on to Larnaca and having an evening stroll down Phinikouthes after a dinner at those brill restaurants further along at MacKenzie.

Limassol I don't know too well other than it's filled with pushtorossous.

Now as for Paphos ...

Napa of course, mind you out of season, can,t have all the tourists about spoiling it :roll: Then you have Protaras or Pernara, Paralimni which is being upgraded all the time, and within shouting distance Larnaca.

Cavo Greco (I used to live nearby) beautiful spot.

The East Coast by far the best side of the island the coastline is stunning and of course the beaches are superior :D The locals flood to this side in the August hols, so that tells you lots.

Konnos Beach is my favourite but early season and late season when less people about, early swim or late swim perfect. For next month you will not get near the place at weekends :(

Don't really fancy keo, vomit and fighting. Not really keen on fish & chips and Bar St. Thanks anyway I will stick with the village.
