I would like to inform you of a Bar/Restaurant for sale in Pafos, it is on the market now due to our buyers inability to fulfill his contract obligations. We got a deposit from the buyer, and we were due to complete each month for the past 3 months .. thankfully (in retrospect) we set a date of 6th of June as being the final cut off point. At this time the buyer could not come up with the funds and so we are back on the market again! Our problem is that we have not opened the place at all this season (on the basis that the buyer would be opening up) and we are not living in Pafos anymore - so geographically it is very difficult for us! We are located now in Nicosia and have too many other obligations (and another business) to worry about and so we need to sell our place in Pafos ASAP. As a result we are asking for a very reasonable price (on the basis that we already got a substantial deposit from the original buyer and the whole logistical awkwardness!). If anyone is honestly (I say honestly, as we have had quite alot of timewasters in the past 6 months talking to us!) interested, please let me know! .. or if you know of anyone who may be interested in a quick purchase, please let me know!
