I'm bored out of my head tonight. GR's sodded off on holiday, this place seems too bland. Paphitis is away also so there's no "cock" fights between the two. An idea just popped into my head, an activity much more fun than the stupid "Games" thread junk. We often have members meeting each other here and there for drinks, how about we have a mega "piss up", here on the forum. THe idea is we schedule a night, open a thread and just post into it as we all get tipsy! So who's in?

Count me in Umit. We can all play ourselves as in real life, as if we meet others from the forum in the flesh, but in virtual reality.!

Exactly Kik's, but key element is while this is done while the contributors are intoxicated . Meaning no evening tea drinkers allowed. Now all we need are a few more members.

I have already the scene and the location in mind. It is located downtown Nicosia in a smoke filled room with noisy cheering crowd in one part of the place and fairly quiet in the other part. As members come into the joint, they will be forced to walk through the cheering crowd to get to the quieter section where we will be meeting, because of all the action that is going on the stage. We are of course at a location where YFred is working, and since he couldn't get the night off, we all went to his place of work so that he can spend some time with us in between his work, but since he is a very popular guy there, his time with us may be limited, since his fans will go crazy if he was gone for too long..................

From lack of responses it seems that there is no huge statues of major Greek mainland figures in the RoC.

Strange that the side that wanted union with Greece has no Greek hero worship tendencies, and the side that demonized union has gone the whole hog with mainland symbols. Strange how life turns out sometimes.......Who would think that the major proponents of Enosis on the island are now ALL TCs!!!!
