hahaha...well you're almost correct...but mostly it was due to the fact that I realized some of the people on here -no names mentioned- have far too much time on their hands and are more than a little emotionally unstable...

On this basis (your father be Cypriot citizen) i consider that you can get the citizeship even through an Embassy or consulate of the Republic of Cyprus.

People like you make REAL wars for justice look bad!

This is why I never really bother reading your posts entirely, ever, because just a quick scan over it immediately shows that you can paint your classic shit all you like but your real mindset still lies between the lines.

By the way I'm from Lefke, was always entirely Turkish and still is. Which sums up your racist indiscriminate views as well.

So who the hell are you to call me a thief you fucking racist EOKA terrorist!

Had ever EOKA fighted against T/cs? Or you mean the T/cs policemen under the British employment? Terrorists? I was with the impression that EOKA was fighting agasinst British occuptators to liberate the country/ any T/cs victims of EOKA were working as part of British military / police force. May be you confuse EOKA with EOKA B?

shahmaran wrote:Basically if your mother gave birth to you from a turkish man who has come here after 74, doesnt matter even if you have never left the island and you consider yourself to be more Cypriot then the so called "Cypriots" on this island, you dont know of any other country but Cyprus, the racist and fascist RoC will deny the fact that you are a Cypriot.

Basically you are left with no country but the TRNC.

So what do you geniuses make of this? I personally know more than a few people in this status.

So yes the RoC is indeed a racist and fascist state whos twisted ethics are backed by the fucking UN and EU who sees the right in themselves to tell you who you are.

Fuck the RoC!

Oh and good luck getting that citizenship Arslanian ;)

Shahmaran, what are you telling us here. even in your case above and even this Turkish settler was allowed to have Cyprus citizenship he would loose it again since he is not paying taxes to the state issuing the citizenship.Have you ever heart than even in States many people loosing their properties and their right to vote if they have a big dept to the tax authority.?Basis above i consider that all T/cs who are not working/paying taxes in the official state of ROC but instead to "TRNC" have lost all their rights to their properties etc because of their dept to tax authorities. -of course this is my personal position- i do not lnow exactly how ROC is dealing with this fact.

So what you are saying is that since no one has been paying tax to the RoC for 35 years on this side, we all become non-Cypriot?

Sounds very harsh to me

I am just puting the case on legal base.
ROC never rejected T/.cs of coming and stay in South therefore they are not away by force (at least from ROC's side) therefore legally the tax case can be used as legal argument if ROC decide to deny properties.Same can not be valid for North (legally) since aa) "TRNC" is not an official state and bb) G/cs are out by force and prohibited to go and stay.

And quoting above i have to add my worries that , having G/cs trying to prove no relation with Greek Ethnicity and be presented as simple Cypriots (a minority yet fortunatetly) can resulted a dissaster for G/cs.
If , for various reason either Eu reject Turkey's membership or Turkey, for its own reasons, decide to not continue the negotiations then (my opinion) is the possibility Turkey to decide to guide many T/cs to move to South (having present acceptance of ROC) and using this "CYPRUS ETHNOS STATUS" creating the circustances to control also South.
