Greek Cypriot seeks asylum in the north

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

If you had no problem of explaining yourself properly, then we wouldn't have this problem in the first place.
This is a discussion forum, not a forum everybody will just shoot nonsense and smilies.

I agree on this one though. I also don't like one-liners.

one line posts are fine. Eg. when liza tells us a funny joke (thanks) a few smilies will let her know that we think she if funny. would you suggest that we just refrain from posting our opinion till we can write a page? sorry one liners are cool by me

Read the forum rules then.
If we are going to have silly children here just posting smilies and meaningless words the forum is not a discussion forum anymore.

FYI there are people who constantly do just this! Something must be done about it.

Anyway there is a chat room for all those who think one line posts are cool.

nobody else has a problem with it and it keeps the forum alive until a big debate comes up

i am a musician by trade and it took me twenty years of listening studying and playing to realise just how true "less is more" can be. Especially in my trade.

By the way my teacher in london was a great old man named Prof. Albanis a greek gentleman whom i dearly loved.

I can still remember his favourite words -

"Economise boy, always economise"

One liners are fine in the more 'chatty' sections of this forum. I agree with MicAtCyp that the CYprob, politics and EU sections are aimed more at discussion and hence one-liners should not be encouraged. I'm as guilty of it as anyone, but the majority of the time I do attempt to engage in some debate rather than just post off-the-cuff remarks.

same moose. but grassing us up to Admin becasue of one-liners is just pointless. you find that in most threads if people have an opinion they will happily write pages about it. but when its on like football teams of next seasons kit one liners are all that are needed.
