Good luck with the surgery! Is it absolutely necessary? My friend came over from the states recently, and she was full of stories of invasive medical care which was forced upon her, because of the Medical Insurance, which she didn't feel she needed ....

i have had 2 opinions, they agree. and i am in pain. i wish i could have surgery tomorrow, if it will relieve my pain. there are never guarantees in any surgery (or medical treatment).
i'm looking forward to it anyway.... it's the only way i'll get any time off this year.
(i think i have had two days off this year, one for surgery, the other for my birthday. what the hell?!!--i shouldn't be alive now it i believed what the doctors told me in the past.
