I'm Cypriot

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby ARMENIAN CYPRIOT » Fri Jul 10, 2009 11:51 pm

Turkey is such a great nation that when the Bulgarians started getting rid of the Mongolians Turkey closed the border after accepting 300,000.  Greece and Cyprus on the other hand have gone out of there way to help non Greeks fined peace and have been second to none with these groups.

PS LONG LIVE NAGORNO KARABAKH

Eliminate the "Viewpoints" ... send them back to Turkey!

Seriously, O. This is something that needs addressing. Not all stupids will be eliminated; on either side. The scenario I described could happen in reverse, also; especially in places like, say, oh... I don't know, yialousa.

Yialousa is under illegal Turkish occupation ... anything the Yialousans say about the scumbag invaders is acceptable.

If the Yialousans took up arms against these invaders, they would still be within their rights, let alone telling them what they think of their actions.

But, that does not work in the reverse!

The invader cannot steal another's land and on top of that silence him and on top of that cut off all his rights .... and expect to get away with it un-admonished!

Calm down, O. I'm talking about after a solution.

My favourite is Kryptos - the birthplace of Superman.

"Forget all the other names its now called Girne"

He knew the response he'd inspire in one or two hot-head Cypriot patriots, jump in shouting and swearing. Then follows the inevitable sting in the tail:

"See what we would have to put up with, in a united Cyprus?"

The point is, incidents like these may well transpire in a reunified Cyprus. Some stupid TC (and there are many) will say something stupid to wind up some stupid GC (and there are many). That stupid GC will over-react and, before you know it, we have an inter-communal mini-riot on our hands.

What do we do to stop this?

Are you using the excuse "they made me do it"? this person is a vile sick individual whom is only here to aggitate and degrade TCs.

I'm only after the ones who try to make an everyday attempt of keeping north Cyprus in a hostile environment just for their own illegal gains, instead of working for peace on this beautiful island.

There is but one solution to our Cyprob.
Firstly all Cypriots , G/Cs and T/Cs , must embrace the island of Cyprus as their ONLY homeland , remove the parasites of false nationalism , eject foreign influence and accept that all Cypriots are entitled to call this island their own , get rid of the indifference towards others feelings , empathise and accept that each side has genuine concerns that must be addressed. Occupation troops are not protecting the T/Cs , they are annihilating their very existence on this island , they are being replaced by non Cypriots who look and always will look to Turkey as their real homeland.
The T/Cs are reacting against the efforts by their elected leaders to remove anything Cypriot about them as the majority feel , just as we do , Cypriot first.
The political arena is where the battle to reunite our island will take place . Antagonising and continuing to apportion blame for the evils that took place on our island will achieve nothing but the fanning of the flames of hatred and we all know where that could lead.

OR, in short words, capitulate, give the Yanks and your other mates the Israelis, Brits and Turks, exactly what they want in the guise of reaching an agreement.

Nice one 'Batman'.

Apart from being clueless you also lack the ability to comprehend an article . Listen weirdo , who said anything about capitulating , who said give an inch of Cyprus to a foreign country ?
Miltiades's position is known by all on this forum so cut the crap out and help your fellow Cypriots at the Ayios Stephanos Home , can you spare 10 euros ? If yes visit the appropriate thread and put your money where your big mouth is.
