The average T/C is a proud Cypriot who has the same aspirations as we have. A united Cyprus where all Cypriots are equal and all are considered as part of the majority.
I have many T/C friends that I consider as my brothers , my compatriots and the ones that I would like to share our island with as Cypriots.
VP is a little mixed up , not having being born in Cyprus might have an adverse influence on his views but he is not a fucking Turk !

I believe viewpoint is fully aware as to how offended some would be by his comments about an important town in the north of Cyprus.

He knew the response he'd inspire in one or two hot-head Cypriot patriots, jump in shouting and swearing. Then follows the inevitable sting in the tail:

"See what we would have to put up with, in a united Cyprus?"

The point is, incidents like these may well transpire in a reunified Cyprus. Some stupid TC (and there are many) will say something stupid to wind up some stupid GC (and there are many). That stupid GC will over-react and, before you know it, we have an inter-communal mini-riot on our hands.

What do we do to stop this?
