Why not ask the TCs who set up the petition:

How do you know they are TCs?

I can prove that to you...

Go ahead.

How do we know you are a TC?
I'm the creator...

How do we know you are a TC?

Why are you conversing in Gibrizlija, deniz? Don't you realise that 'ufokaradagli' is simply a paid agent of the GC propaganda machine? (According to one viewpoint).

Same way you are a paid agent.

As VP says, without differing viewpoints there is no purpose to this forum.

I was just welcoming the new member and congratulating him on his 'site'.

I also respect VP's views too. We disagree on some issues but thats life.

Regards and selam

NB: Is your Turkish that good that you can tell the difference between Gibrislica and 'educated' Turkish?

Hey, some of us will wait to get our rewards in a peaceful paradise, in the next life if not this.

Hopefully not his views about meting out collective punishment to innocent people, though.

Phew. I should hope so.

ufokaradagli wrote:I created it because of the reasons i wrote in the homepage which made me feel so bad about the invasion... I wrote the information in homepage first in English then translated it into Turkish... and im living in invaded North... for the reasons i listed in the site i may go live in the south and also to be able to say my feelings easier...

I know they're TCs because I invited most of them from facebook to the site... They weren't my friends but these people who want invasion to end are so easy to find, when you want the invasion to end too...

Welcome ufokaradagli :D

I initially thought "The Cypriot" had prepared the list attached to the main body of the petition. I was somewhat surprised that it was very much in the voice of a TC ... (I have taken him to task, unduly :? )

So now it all makes sense ...

It is a list of demands to make the lives of TCs easier under the oppressive command of Turkish troops and Turkey's government.

The only thing we have in common, TCs such as you and GCs such as me; is that we all want the troops to return to Turkey, and for the RoC to regain its govern-ship over the whole island.

That is a good start.

So long as the list of requirements to make TCs' lives easier is not fulfilled before the troops depart (for I am concerned that there are still too many who welcome independence from Turkey, just so that they can acquire sole governorship of a "new" state honed out of my Cyprus) then we are in unison!

What are your reflections on this?

No two people can agree on everything let alone something as sensative as the Cyprus issue time you realized this "The Cypriot".

Only a few TCs have signed it, mainly GCs and Brits...nothing to get excited about Omer is just voicing his opinion doesnt mean its the majorities viewpoint.
