Can someone please translate this to me either in English or in Greek?

These are proverbs achilles. Direct translations might sound weird (the first one is Turkish and the second one is Azerbaijani).

Yep, proverns can be rarely translated with accuracy. So, in order for me to understand...in what instances could one use those proverbs? Can you give me an example or two? hope i am not asking for too much. Thanks for bothering anyways, buddy

I can only help you with the first one, since it is Turkish. It advocates someone to change his/her personality and achieve a goal with secrecy. El ile surunmek is a movement usually performed by commandos. You know, they lie on the floor and use one of their hands to move. They drag their body with their right hand.

You should ask an Azerbaijani guy for the second proverb
