I'm from Sri Lanka and I am trying to find a job in a farm.My wife and I are both hoping to find a job. I don't know anything about the people or anyhthing about Cyprus. If someone could tell me about the people and food in Cyprus I'd be very grateful.

Why not travel to mainland India, there are lots of farms there.

There are many Sri Lankans working in Cyprus and wages here are much better than in your homeland. But it is very hard to get a visa to work here; you should start by talking to a local employment agency about getting work here.

I've tried talking to an agency here.They said I can get a couple visa for me and my wife. So how are the people there? In SriLanka people are very nice and friendly. We are hoping to stay there for atleast 6 years. We are thinking of working at an animal farm. What are the main plantations there in agriculture? Thanks a lot for the advice, I really appreciate it.
