Turkey to 'never give up' EU bid

Mr Erdogan said Turkey deserved better treatment in the negotiations
Turkey has urged France and Germany to back its bid to join the EU, rejecting calls for a special partnership rather than full membership.

"We will never give up," Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters in Brussels.

Boo hoo hoo ...

That’s right

Yes Hes talking the commonly accepted mother-tongue language of the Eu……………..pure bollox. It’s the only language they all seem to understand. they all speak it so well now. Theyve escalated it to never heard of heights before.

Look let me put it to you this way:

They come up with this thing called Human Rights Charter, with all kinds of freedoms to this and access to that, then......... THEN.... they deny their citizens the right to vote........ (some pigs know better than others I guess) ………………Now please ….pleeeeze that must be the biggest load of bollox anyones ever tried to sell anyone. And guess what…………here’s the funny bit………………………….you lot are lapping it up. “Bravo…bravo….gimme more - gimme more”. The punch line is youre actually paying for it, in hard earned currency. You just cant seem to get enough of it.

You’ll be speaking it to soon, to your mum n dad and your kids.

Now my understanding of “We will never give up” is:

“If you lot think we are just gonna go away and make life nice n cozy for you then think again. Youre going to have to reject us in full view of The States, The Islamic World, Asia and in fact the entire planet”.

Corse I could be wrong but I think that’s somewhere on the mark.
Or he could be under pressure to be seen to be pleasing the USA, or the big Corporations and or Families that seem to govern nearly all nations governments these days.

My own view is Turkey are mad to even want to join. Im sure the average bloke in Turkey has long since told the Eu what it can put where and how.

I’d take Britain out tomorrow, as im sure most Brits would. Britain gives £40,000,000 a day of tax payers money to support The E ho hum U……………………………….and then we give some tiny freshly-hatched country (which we are funding to keep afloat) the power of veto over our governing policy…………………………………………………………… we must be mad

If you really wanna know how I see the Eu …………..its so they can put us all under one umbrella, making it easier to fleece another 10% out of our pockets. Check your spending power before Cyprus joined the Eu and check it now……. If it hasn’t depreciated like it did in the UK we must be in different EUs

Hasan, at the end of the negotiations and it could take upto 10 years, if Turkey does what she was asked to do, they will not be able to reject her. By the time the negotiations come to that point, either Cyprus will be one united country or two independent countries. Turkey will then open her ports and airspace to GCs. GCs are fast asleep and think they have this weapon that they can use against her but they will be very disappointed.
All Turkey has to do is start flirting with Russia and EU and USA will start shitting bricks. Why else have USA backed Turkey to the hilt all these years, after all She does not have petrol.
