I am interested to know which beach people think is the best in Cyprus and why?

Fig Tree Bay (Protaras). Golden clean sand, relaxing and scenic.

Depends what you class as best Beckieboo.

Fig Tree bay is nice
Nissi Bay is nice (late season though)
Akamas is nice
Lara Bay is nice
Avdimou
There is also a nice beach in Paramali too.

Latchi beach is quite nice too.....likewise Argaka is nice but can get pretty windy up there

Not just that beach. Protaras IS Nicosia's beach. All cities in Cyprus have a beach, ours just happens to be a 45 minute drive away.
