How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

RoC will not shoot down a Turkish airliner. To do so, assuming the craft in question is on a regular route, would be an act of mass murder/terrorism and full provocation to war.

If its Military jets, by all means shoot them down. As Clint Eastwood would say "make my day punk"

The Hellenic Air Force did just that. Did the tourkomogoloi have the balls to do anything about it? No; they got themselves out of having to respond by claiming that the shoot-down was accidental.

Why does the Greek government not confirm it then if they are so brave?

They shoot a mongonistani jet down and that's not enough for you, you want a press conference as well? Everyone who needs to know it was shot down knows it.

And in answer to your question, think of the pressure placed on them by NATO to not acknowledge that one NATO jet shot down another one - this kind of thing really makes a mockery of NATO as a military alliance committed to mutual defense.

Of course in your moronic tourkomogolo brain things are linear, but in the real world, things are not so simple. Do you think that you're so clever as to respond with ill-informed one liners and then have everyone sit back in stunned amazement at your debating skills? Apart from your ability to clean toilets, has anyone ever appreciated a skill of yours?

As a member of NATO, Greece benefits from the mutual security guarantee. If they were to admit that they shot down a mongolistani jet, they would weaken this security guarantee that they benefit from.

They shot the plane down, they know they shot it down, and the owners of the plane know who shot it down. With respect to shooting mongolistani jet down, mission accomplished.

Nothing further is gained by going on about it, but something is certainly lost by weakening NATO, to which they belong, and from which they derive a portion of their security.

Have I said it clearly enough for your barbarian brain?

Has the TAF ever had to fly through modern systems like these, or just PKK and Kurdish muskets?

Stop these wet dreams dear boy and be realistic. They will wipe out your missile systems before you can blink.

Now stop it otherwise you will arouse certain other nationalistic (Eoka-C) forumers.
