My friend the sky's the limit when it comes to personal insults. We all know that he is the first to dish out an insult, which starts with plonker, then on to arsehole, and then resorts to threats and profanities. When someone starts on the slippery slope of personal insults, one should not expect one's opponent to refrain from an escalation. Nor should anyone who starts with the insults expect anything to be sacrosanct.

The only way to deal with a bully like him is to escalate. Otherwise it's the usual old thing of he insults you, you insult him, he sqeuals about being insulted, and gets away with it.
