Yes if the Orams lose the case then a lot of people in the South will be in fear of it happening to them as houses have been built on Turkish land, in this area, and sold to the Brits. As I stated Mandria is a prime example, 5 years ago large cheap houses were being sold in that area and many Brits picked up a bargain. Did they ever consider why these large houses were being sold a a low price? It is the same in the North, the land was free as it belongs to others so good profits were made just on the house alone. Are these people prepared to lose their houses?
All of these properties in Mandria still be the names of the legitimate TC owners and their rights are preserved by a Land registry's Trustee.
I know of one person who lives on TC land and he does not retain legal ownership. There are also processes whereby the TC owners are able to reclaim their property.
So there is no case to answer to I'm afraid.
I am so glad you have so much faith in these processes, because you'll have more luck walking to the moon and back!
I have faith in these processes because I have witnessed them in action.
I shall prepare for my moon walk now.... Can I take my Labrador with me?
Less of the weed dear boy. It ruins your concentration and all that. You'll be better off taking some biscuits with all that cheese up there.
