My (TC) friend needs a new stainless steel one as I promised I'd cook him a souvla this summer - to save us traipsing down Green Lanes aimlessly I don't suppose anyone knows a shop selling some?

Demos at High Road, Whetstone (A1000) in London have the stainless steel type. Was looking at them a few days ago or go to one of the makers, Archway Steel for instance ( don't have their number).

go to Kikis Butchers on Green Lanes (the big butchers if you dont know), he sells the Archway metal works fougou for about £320. Expensive but its worth it. Dont think its worth going direct to Archway as they werent cheaper when we tried.
