Oracle, you know me. I have no bias at all. The other link, which unfortunately is in Turkish, is from a Turk who lived in Crete, and possibly visited Levka (in Greece). The drink was unknown in Turkey, but later on she managed to find it in Smyrni. I dont know what planet you hail from Oracle. Together with DT you amaze me. I bet Miltiades knows it, as he IS a real Cypriot.
I know what sunada is you plonker!! I'm just asking if you also call it Airani.
"Airani" is "Ayran" in Turkish and is a drink made from yoghurt, water, salt mixed up and sprinkled with dried mint before served. Totally differnet from "Sumada" which is like a cordial made from almond extracts.
