now I feel like some kibbeh's , it's been 6 months since I've had any. I gotta find a good lahmacun joint as well, all the Turkish kebab shops around where I live make it with soft dough, I like it a bit burnt and nice and crispy.

The area I live at the moment is full of TC's, like "Norf Landin". Some of these joints are T some TC, I'd say half and half. I know I have to stop eating shit but I've become addicted, gotta go through a detox. Yeah stuff this, everytime I eat junk food from now on I pledge to post it here, now that might stop me. I hope.

Kibbe, bulgur koftesi. :lol:

I thought that was called something like "koubes". Bulgur Koftesi and Lahmacun now that's a weird combination.

Goubba = single
Goubbes = plural

A lahmacun wrapped around a kouba? Your asking for a heartattack.

Of course I'm talking about the medium sized Goubba (there's three sizes).

Try them together and you'll see... :)
