Turkey,

I didn't say I would personally ban you because I am not the administrator.
You must realise that what you said, that you personally believe that Cyprus belongs to Turkey, was a crossly unhistorical idea and suggestion, but more importantly a very offensive one to many people.

You speak about manners, but at the same time you do not watch your own manners. You said "Who the f**k do you think you are!!"

In view of your admitting that you are a young person and who also tries to learn, and I find it very honorable for you to say, I forgive your comment and I also apologise for my harsh reply to you.

I am sorry if my thought about cyprus belonging to Turkey offended anybody, and I also apologize for my behaviour, I probably just lost it at that point.
