3 of us have recently installed a 3mtre satallite dish on the roof of our apartment block built a year ago which we connect to from our respective apartments.
The developer is asking us to take it down because we don't have planning consent. We are told we can't apply for planning consent because until the transfer of deeds we are not the registered owners.
The developer will not apply on our behalf because the person who complained is someone they are negotiating a land deal with.

Has any one any thoughts on how this could satisfactorily conclude.

Tell him he can come round and watch the football anytime he wants.

if all else fails ask him to take a look at the dish. then oops a gust of wind blew him off the roof

what i dont understand is why someone complained.....anyway,try to talk to thid person directly if possible to ask for the reasons. i didnt know you had to have the deeds to put a satellite disc.....
or you can ask your lawyer to push things a bit so you get the ttitle deeds faster
