Perhaps your sheep-shearers' Australian 'education' needs a little refinement.

How about you take a visit here for starters ....
[Irrelevant bollocks omitted]

Let me know when you’ve had enough reading about the Byzantine Empire being an extension of the Roman Empire...

Perhaps you need to get out more and not obtain all your education from ridiculous sources!

Evidence of Cyprus' contributions to the Byzantine Empire are all around you ... but you prefer to shut your mind and Google ...

I think you have reached the limits of your capabilities now GR!

All you come up with are an endless stream of dodgy sources and your reasoning capacities cannot cope with the smarties.

What's this got to do with the CyProb section  and when does hellenism plan to croak so I can attend the funeral?

according the the original article Cyprus is part of Greater Greece - go figure!

This “Greater Greece” must be the greatest mythological accomplishment…

Never heard of the Hellenistic period and then the Byzantium empire. :D

I have but the Byzantium empire was Roman!

Of course, in the make-believe world of mythology you can name any empire you like as "Hellenic"... even the Ottoman so go for your life! :D

Your complex against anything Hellenic makes you to understand history in your own ay. Byzantium started ofcourse as Roman but pls reread the history afterwards. You have to study again /

The word “Hellenic” did not even exist until around the 1820s when it was invented, so the notion that the Byzantium Empire was “Hellenic” is as daft as the deceiving clowns who came up with this hoax and the stupid modern Greeks who adopted such manufactured rubbish.

No dear ... I wasn't wondering .... I was asking you what you thought it was, since according to you a Greek Byzantium did not exist. Only Roman.

"Irrelevant bollocks" is what you later called the Nicosia Museum ... where I believe that icon is housed.
