OK, so it is all Turkish (Turk) parents and their children who are considered as non Cypriot nationals if they married to a TC nationals after 1974 and likewise to all children born after 1974 to intermarriage parents between TC's and Turks.!

If the children have a Cypriot parent then they can get the citizenship. But RoC is not obligated to give citizenship to 3rd country nationals just because they are married to a Cypriot. This is done only under certain terms and each case is reviewed separately. This is what Raymanoff wrote some time ago:

I grew up in Cyprus ( i am Russian), my wife is Cypriot, we been married for 8 years... we have 2 children. And what do you think? I have to go and renew my pink slip in immigration every year. I have to bring shitloads of papers, bank statements, etc... this is frustrating. I spent 60% of my life here... i speak language fluently and i bet you wont spot a foreigner when you talk to me on the phone. The reason i am not given citizenship is due to a 1 month overstay in 1997

If Ray couldn't get a citizenship because of a 1 month overstay more than 10 years ago, even thought he lived most of his life in Cyprus, he is married with a Cypriot, and they have two children here, then you can understand that a Turkish Settler who is illegally in Cyprus would definitely not be allowed to get a citizenship.

The same rules that apply for GCs when they marry foreigners apply to TCs. Don't marry somebody who is illegally in Cyprus and then expect that he will get the Cypriot citizenship.

Families have been broken up (even with children involved) in the UK when immigration has not been carried out 'by the book' ... or when the Officials suspect foul play such as a 'marriage of convenience'.
