The funny thing is that the previous owner bought the long bench, planted the flowers, and decorated the cornet by a statue. And the tree, that big size tree, at least have been standing there for at least 20 - 30 years! If we made mistake not to use any accurate GPS, the previous owner did not use it either?

If the guy just wants to build water, make a garden, it would not be too bad. But he wants to extend his cafe shop on that land.

And we also know that with the movement of earth itself, every part position might get changed, one day your house might move to some ground totally not belonged to you? There is no expire date of current position/previous position? And there is no regular check if anyone build any illegal extention? Most countries government will knock down the illegal parts if they get the information from anyone.

Rhodesia, what relation do you have with the owners of the Melitzia restaurant in Tala?

We do not have any relation with the owners of Melitzia restaurant, we only went to lots of local restaurants when we were there every time. And we get along well with the neighbours. Now we want to have relation with them, then they could stop doing such king of thing to us.

The strange thing is he never claim until he lost his spot. What a bizarre!

There is nothing more we can tell you. You have to find who is giving to you wrong information. Is it the "mayor" or is it the one who sold you the house? Only the land registry can clear this out. If the major is wrong, then no problem. If the one who sold you the house gave you wrong info then you can take him to court for selling it to you under false pretenses.

We got the title deeds copy in Sep, and the Cypriot lawyer had already sent the "mayor" a formal letter, stating that they would take him to court . The "mayor" told the lies as he said the tree was just planted for not more than 10 years, but actually the tree has been there for at least more than 50 years and it is under Cyprus Government protection. So no one is allowed to cut that tree in our courtyard without government special permission, thus the part of courtyard is not possibly to be taken, either.
