What I find shocking is that you have more faith in Turkish Cypriot leadership with a solid 30 year track record of negligence, corruption, and sheer incompetence, yet have the audacity to criticize that Greek Cypriot dominance would entail racism and discrimination, when in actual fact they have a 20 year solid track record of modernization and prosperity for all their citizens!

So how stupid can you possibly get VP?

Thats why you will never understand TCs, they do not and will never trust GCs unless there are safeguards and guarantees in place to make the majority act in the best interests of everyone without racisim and discrimination that was so rampant during the 1963 to 1974, this is your real track record when living with us and no amount of saddles will make you a race horse, you are a donkey trying to make out you are a race horse.

You are free to express you opinion but you do not know me or anything about me. I love my people and returned form the UK to be with them and belong which was the best decision I ever took. Now you ask me to place my future in your bloody hands with no safeguards or guarantees to make you treat us as equals in a united Cyprus where you cannot push us to one side. You are asking me to become a minority in a GC state run by GCs for GCs getting rid of our community rights as provided by agreements you placed your signature to, what to stop you from not stick by future agreements, you need to acknowledge your wrongs and accept that Cyprus is not just yours its our as well and we have every right to live here without being forced to live under your sole administration.

Just out of curiosity, who ever promised that there will be a settlement in 2009.???

I thought the talks were open ended and the fact that Turkey has a deadline with the EU in December 2009 and Talat has a dead line in the "trnc" early 2010, does not mean there has to be a settlement in 2009, does it.??

But should there be a settlement in 2009, then it would only be, because Turkey and Talat would have taken their respected deadlines very seriously.!
