It's a little thing called the Zurich agreement!!!

Is this agreemnt provides precence of gipsy Anatolians and third World army in Cyprus?

Yes! In limited numbers.......Unless there is a problem of course....Like that in 1963 to 1974!!!!

Please carry on with your briefing and point me to the part in the constitution that allows another state to be claimed on Cyprus sovereign territory.

Which constitution are you talking about......The one you have refused to abide by since 1963?

nic e to see u posting again zan...

but one question,, i mean your always reverting to these agrements the 1960 ones which is good, but i dont rmember those agreements saying there should be two states in cyprus?

i think we can safely say the 1960 agreements are out the window and its time for new ones which does =NOT involve two states.,

but the way turkey is acting they will end up with nothing

Thank you for the welcome :)

You are right.....It does not say that there can be two states but it does not say that the GCs can be in total power either. My point is made by your comment exactly....The Zurich agreement does not cover the TRNC or the "RoC".....So if the "RoC" can exist then so can the TRNC....What are all these double standards?? What right has the "RoC", the UN or the EU got to favour one side??

Turkey will always end up with something....Whether it is a two state system or not, the TCs will always be tide in with our Turkish brothers. I can understand why the GCs would not want to be part of their Greek brothers but then it was they that invaded the island first and they that killed thousands of GCs and they that had 10,000 more Makarios supporters marked for execution......We have no such history with Turkey.

Didnt the TMT who was backed by Turkey kill Turkish Cypriots????

Also your lumping together a whole nation together with a short lived dictatorship who was overthrown.

I think you will need a very large piece of graph paper to get both sides on the same sheet!!!!

The main thing is that we have no such history with Turkey....What happened with TMT and the few killings pales into insignificance when compared to what he Greeks did and are still denying!!!

Its Turkey that has been wiping TC out of Cyprus for the last 35 years. Check a few Facebook groups - there is growing anti Turkish sentiment amongst young Turkish Cypriots.

...and tell me how many Greeks deny the crimes of the Greek Junta - they put them in jail after all.

The GCs have had every sanction they can implemented against us and you blame Turkey

I think you might be getting the wrong end of the stick as far as hating Turkey goes...The last rally in the TRNC saw thousands of young TCs on the march claiming their rights......Don't get too carried away with what you think you might have heard. These youngsters were proud to march under the two flags.

Inonu warned you guys but Kutchuk refused. He told him that the TC's should go back into the govt or be locked out of statehood forever. When one of your leaders has the balls to renounce the "trnc" renounce the illegal occupation by an army of someone else's land and demand re-entry into the government as per the constitution then there will be no choice but to allow the tc's back.

We had the best contracts lawyer in the world as President of the Republic for 5 years. Any legal loose ends that existed (if any) have been tied up and there is little chance for anyone to find fault with the govt of this island.

Don't forget, the TC seats in parliament are still empty till this day waiting for their occupiers (excuse the pun)

So we are not that good at occupying after all. There you were making us experts on occupation!
