TRNC New York Representative Kemal Gokeri has stated that Turkish Cypriots is in favor of a solution more than Greek Cypriots.

He also said Turkish Cypriots need for an immediate solution on the island.

Gokeri’s made evaluations on the Cyprus issue after the UN Security Council approved a resolution, renewing the mandate of the UN Peace Keeping Force in Cyprus for a further six months.

Explaining that soon after the approval of the resolution the Greek Cypriot representative to the UN claimed that there is an occupation on the island, Mr. Gokeri stressed that the only occupation on the island is the occupation of Cyprus Republic by the Greek Cypriots.
Expressing that the Turkish side wants a just and lasting solution which will be based on two constituent states and the political equality of the two people on the island, he said there is a need for a new partnership in Cyprus.

Referring to the issue of restrictions for personnel of UNFICYP at the crossing points, Mr Gokeri said the issue was included at the UN Secretary General’s latest Cyprus report stressing that crossings of the personnel which has a social purpose is out of their mission.

He also underlined that the restrictions are not concerned with the mission of the UNFICYP personnel.

‘UN Peace Keeping Force will continue to carry out its mission on the island as our guest and it will act within the framework of conditions and parameters put up by the TRNC government’ the representative said.

The solution is only one, Turkish army to be withdrawn from Cyprus and YOU TO GO WITH THEM.Final and clear solution.

If thats the only solution you have in mind, you my have to wait a very long time.

No problem at all/We can wait again 400 years but invators are ALWAYS the loosers!!1

I think you will have to wait for a little longer this time, more like 10,000 Million years.

Anatolians?Instabul? - I give you maximum 10 years to kill each other. We are just waiting...If you succeed to survive then we have Americans to destroy you when you will feel that you are a super power (you have already showed some signs).
