The Foreign Groom

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I don't think so. Unfortunately in Cyprus we have to deal with barbarian invaders that want to take the north part of our island. If it wasn't for the Turks Cyprus would be a democratic peaceful island without any problems.

Yeah right, with all the TCs pushed through the mincing machine in 74 by your hero Sampson.

Lies to excuse your crimes. If it wasn't for the Turkish criminals to invade our island and bring their Settlers here there wouldn't even be any "TC" on our island. It is fact that in Cyprus we have war because of Turkish expansionism. If it wasn't for the Turkish invaders Cyprus would be a peaceful democratic island.

Yeah right, and if the Greeks didn't invade before the Ottomans, it would have been even more peaceful and democratic. You invading criminals.

Cyprus is our island for 1000s of years. Not like you. You are a Turkish Settler and the Turks brought you on our island so they could use you to expand against us.

Show me any evidence of a Greek invasion you moron. Here are the facts about the barbarian Turkish invasion of our island.

In the summer of 1570, the Turks struck again, but this time with a full-scale invasion rather than a raid. About 60,000 troops, including cavalry and artillery, under the command of Lala Mustafa Pasha landed unopposed near Limassol on July 2, 1570, and laid siege to Nicosia. In an orgy of victory on the day that the city fell--September 9, 1570--20,000 Nicosians were put to death, and every church, public building, and palace was looted.

Oh yeah, at least the turks did not kill all the greeks. When your lot invaded, they killed everyone and left no evidence. Very clever. So sod of Sotos.

More lies from you. I didn't expect anything more from a barbarian who is trying to excuse his crimes against Cyprus.

Responses like the above demonstrate that Greeks and Turks cannot be considered as one nation, each has his own culture and beliefs whether political or religious. The opening post by Drayton just shows that in our dreams we can possibly mix but when the dream is over and wake up we soon realise the impossibility.

Just like 1963 to 1974 with Turkey out of the way for good you could kick the shit out of us again. No thanks, without a comprehensive agreement full of safeguards and guarantees you can forget the north forever.
